• Quick Fix - $69
  Covers most home users problems, basic software and hardware troubleshooting. Approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour on site time.
   
• Major Troubleshooting - $75 - $200*
  Covers major hardware and software troubleshooting, operating system repair/re-install, network troubleshooting and other major problems. Approx 1-3 hours on site time.
   
• Virus & Spyware removal - $69 - $150*
  Covers removal of all viruses & Spyware/Malware found on a system. Time taken is dependant on types of viruses found.
   
• Hardware Installation - $49 - $99*
  Includes physical installation of hardware and installation of any necessary driver files. Configuration of Operating system to support new hardware.
   
• Software Installation - $69*
  Includes installation and setup of software package on users system.
   
• Training - $125 per session -$75 per additional hour
  Per session fee includes first hour of training. Rate covers 1 on 1 or classroom training for up to 10 participants. For larger class sizes please contact us for rates.
   
• Other services
  All other services are quoted on an individual basis after discussions with you to find out your exact needs. Our on site hourly rates are lower than most companies in store rates. Call or email today for an individual quotation.
